Old Hag Syndrome

I suffer from sleep paralysis, a.k.a. Old Hag Syndrome. I did’t know I had this until 2019. I was being interviewed for a podcast regarding the ghost I saw when I was a child. I started looking online about other strange occurrences while sleeping because I certainly have experienced some.
